Studio & User Policy

This policy sets clear expectations so that both clients and artists can work in a calm, respectful, and professional environment.

1. Bookings & Appointments

  • All bookings are made via our website form or by direct contact

  • A booking is not binding until confirmed by the studio

  • We do not have fixed opening hours – the studio is open only for booked appointments

  • Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time

2. Deposits & Pricing

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment

  • Deposit amounts vary depending on the artist and project

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your appointment

  • Our hourly rate is approximately 1700 SEK/hour, unless otherwise agreed

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment

  • Changes must be communicated via email or phone

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged a minimum of 1700 SEK or 50% of the estimated session cost

4. Design Preparation

  • All designs are custom-made for each client and require preparation time

  • You may not change a large design to a significantly smaller one, or completely change the motif, on the day of your appointment

  • Any major design changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance

5. Age Requirement

  • You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed

  • Valid photo ID is required

  • No exceptions

6. Studio Environment

To maintain focus, hygiene, and a calm working atmosphere:

  • No companions, children, or pets are allowed

  • Exceptions are made only for necessary assistance (e.g. interpreter)

  • Most consultations are handled via email

We welcome all clients and all tattoo sizes. Our goal is for you to feel safe, respected, and well taken care of.

7. Hygiene & Safety Rules

For everyone’s safety, the following rules apply:

  • Do not touch waste bins or equipment

  • Do not place personal items on work surfaces or wrapped equipment

  • Do not touch or scratch the tattoo during the session

  • If you accidentally touch the tattoo, inform your artist immediately and disinfect your hands

  • During breaks, the tattoo must be covered with protective plastic

  • Wash your hands thoroughly after restroom visits

Failure to follow hygiene instructions may result in the session being stopped.

8. Health & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for informing your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin issues

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if tattooing may pose a health risk

  • Healing and final results vary depending on skin type and aftercare

9. Artwork & Photography

  • Tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed

  • We may photograph completed tattoos for portfolio or social media use

  • If you do not want your tattoo photographed or shared, please let us know in advance

10. Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service

  • Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated

  • Drugs and alcohol are not permitted

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time

11. Governing Law

These policies are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be handled by Swedish courts.
